Privacy notice

This notice explains how Christopher Price, operating as Clearweek Profile Care, handles information for enquiries and profile-management services. Contact clearweekprofilecare@gmail.com with questions or requests.

The website and sample form

When you submit the sample form, your business name, email address, website or profile link, and optional service details are sent securely to Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider, and forwarded to Clearweek’s business Gmail inbox. We use them to prepare your sample and reply to your enquiry. Web3Forms also processes technical information to deliver submissions and filter spam, and stores submissions under its retention policy. See the Web3Forms privacy policy. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. The website does not collect card numbers. Clearweek has not added advertising trackers or analytics to this site. The hosting provider may process basic request information, such as an IP address, browser information and access logs, to operate and protect the website.

Information used to deliver the service

We receive information you choose to send, including your name, business email, business website or profile link, service details, enquiries, approvals and supplied brand materials. For active clients, we also use the profile information and public reviews needed for the agreed work, manager access you grant, delivery records and billing status.

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare samples and content, manage approved profile updates, provide reports, administer billing and cancellation, resolve issues and keep necessary business records. Please send business information relevant to the work.

Service providers and payment information

Clearweek uses email, hosting, document and design services, Stripe for payments, and AI-assisted tools for drafting and organizing work. Relevant business information may be processed through those providers to deliver the requested service. We do not sell customer contact information.

Stripe collects payment details on its hosted pages. Clearweek can view transaction and subscription information needed to manage billing, but does not receive your full card number or security code. Stripe explains its own handling of information in its privacy policy. Google also handles information when you use Gmail or a Google Business Profile under its own policies.

Access, retention and requests

Access is limited to what is needed for the service. Clients keep ownership of their Google profiles and can remove manager access. We use account security controls and approval records; no online service can promise absolute security.

We retain enquiry, service and billing records for the service relationship and as needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes. You can email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes. Providers may also retain information under their own policies.

Service offers

To stop promotional emails from Clearweek, reply “no thanks” or email clearweekprofilecare@gmail.com. We retain a minimal opt-out record to honor that request. Necessary communications about an active service or billing may continue.

Updates

Changes to this notice will appear on this page with an updated effective date. We will communicate material changes affecting an active client’s service where needed.
